Thank you for your interest in the Adopt-A-Siren program initiated by Hamilton County Emergency Management & Homeland Security Agency (HCEMA). We are pleased that you have shown interest in your community’s Outdoor Warning Sirens. To be a volunteer, you must live very near an outdoor warning siren, and be available on the first Wednesday of every month at noon to listen for the siren sounding and to observe it rotating properly. We realize that you may not be available each and every month, but we do expect at least 9 responses out of 12 months.  If you are selected, you will be given instructions on how to make your report.

Please fill out the form below. It will be sent to HCEMA for approval. Not everyone will be selected. Once we receive 2 volunteers for each siren, the adoption is completed. If you were not selected this year, please try again next year.

Your information will only be used in conjunction with the Adopt A Siren project and will not be distributed to anyone.
