Partners in Preparedness Meeting
On Tuesday, September 26, local leaders from across Hamilton County will gather together to receive an update on the County’s current level of emergency preparedness. The Hamilton County Emergency Management & Homeland Security Agency (EMHSA) is hosting their second annual Partners in Preparedness meeting at the Sharonville Convention Center from 9:00 – 11:30 a.m., during which, a discussion regarding current and future disaster mitigation, preparedness, response and recovery efforts will be held.
Topics of Partners in Preparedness Meeting include: County and local emergency planning efforts, methods to train and exercise on those plans, opportunities to engage the community in educational efforts, operational tactics that will be utilized before, during, and after a disaster, as well as the status of the Outdoor Warning Siren System. With a focus on identifying future improvements to County preparedness efforts, Hamilton County EMHSA remains dedicated to the mission of further securing the safety, readiness, and resiliency of Hamilton County residents and businesses.
