Businesses need to use common sense about how to interpret the ODH Order covering business closure. THINK ABOUT: If the local health department or local law enforcement agency showed up, would you have a rationale that you could use to explain why your business is essential? Could you prove that you are following all safety guidelines in the order?

On March 16, 2020, Hamilton County Public Health asked Hamilton County businesses to allow their employees work remotely if and when possible.
